Day 3 on Xenical

Hi everyone. This is my first time here. Only discovered this forum today. Started on Xenical on Tuesday! Lost over 5 stones on WW 2 years and then proceeded to pile most of it back on! :sigh:

Rather than wallow in self pity and depression I've decided to take control back and do something about it. So... here goes!

Hello and welcome

I too started this week, or should that be restarted???? I too lost over 5 stone previously, put it ALL back on and then some so here I am on day 5, so far so good and looking forward to my 1st weigh in on Monday.

Keep posting, I find this forum so friendly and encouraging.
