Step away from the scales!! Dont weigh in til the end of the week otherwise you wont be getting a true result and may become unmotivated to carry on if you see a small/no loss. So no daily weighing!

Are you doing TS? Unless your bmi is over 25 you should only be on working solution so should be having a meal and shouldn't really be hungry.

I'm trying ts for a week or two to kick start then will introduce meal. Would like to lose about a stone

I'm hoping for 3-4 lb a week. Maybe I'm being unrealistic.
