day 3

morning people!

On day 3 was in ketosis yeserday. Got awful leg cramps at moment they really ache. Just wanted to know do people on LT do lots of exercise and if so when did you start exercising? Just feel to rough to do any at the moment. Wanted to get my weight shown on a thread how do i do that? So sorry for all questions. Really truely am grateful that there are such great people on here. Any one from stoke on trent? Oooops another question!!!!:D

I'm with Julz, you do what exercise you can and want to but don't try and do too much in the first week or 2, especially if you don't feel up to it.

I woke up this morning with a terrible cramp in one calf and I drank 4L yesterday, although I did stop about 9:30 in the hope I wouldn't have to get up to the loo in the night (it didn't work so I'll drink when I'm thirsty after 9:30 in future!

re exercise..im also on day three (just to lose the few pounds ive gained through good living and holidays!) and ive exercised every day but when ive found it too much, ive stopped. listen to your body and yourll be fine. im not sure how much water your currently drinking but im having 1 x 2lt bottle of fizzy water, 1 x 2lt bottle of still plus other cups of hot water and mint tea..it all adds up :)

I'm with the other ladies, don't try and take on too much as you'll just end up feeling awful. Give the first week of exercise a miss and then see how you feel. Good luck :)
