Day 4 and i feel amazing

This is day 4 of my second try at cd and i honestly feel great i never thought i would say that, i feel even better than the 1st time i tryed
I hope this feeling carrys on its make me see a light at the end of all this
Im 30 stone so as you can imagine i never have any energy
But iv woke up this morning bursting with the stuff normally i would be in bed most of sunday but im up dressed and rareing to go xx

I'm on day 4 as well on exante diet (same as CD).

Yesterday I thought I'd been hit by a bus in my sleep ut today I feel great. Not even hungry.

I split my packs in two and have only had 1 and 1/2 up to now. STill have another half, my bar and small protein meal if I want it.

I'm with you on this, hope I feel like this for the next few months x x
