Day 4 - good so far...

Well i'm on my day 4 of Exante TS and so far it's fairly easy (I think the excess of Xmas has made it easier to stay away from food lol), I'm in ketosis now and steaming ahead.

I've tried the Thai Chicken Soup which wasn't that great, the Mushroom soup which I added garlic and lots of pepper as well as veg stock which made it alot better, both bars, and all shakes.

When is the best time to start the exercising, as on Cambridge they said not to for the first 2 weeks so your body can adjust but I just want the pounds to melt away!!!

I havent started Exante yet as still waiting on my order but just wanted to say well done on getting to day 4. Keep it up, you seem very motivated xx

Yes well done you! I am on day 3 and all going well also :D I think the exercise time is the same as the CD a couple of weeks.
Keep up the good work and look forward to weigh in x

Well done hun. Its day 4 for me too....and finding it quite easy now. I started with the exercise last night. Got my rowing machine out.....gave it a dust (haha)....i only done 10 mins last night. Felt i could have done longer but didnt want to push it too much too soon. Plan to up it gradually over the next week and do 30 mins a day on it. In 30 mins u can burn off in excess of 600 calories so dont want to do any longer than that just incase!!

Id say go for it....but dont push yourself too hard til your used to the diet and the effects it might have on you xxx

................I did a Zuba class last night and enjoyed it immensely and had no adverse reaction.........so I would say go for it too xxxxx

Can't say I'm finding it easy thus far...But I will see it through...Back at work today which made it a bit easier.Good luck to everyone else x
