I'm on day 4 and not even in ketosis yet lol. But what's done is done, I wouldn't worry too much about it. These first few days are HARD so don't beat yourself up about that one little slip up, congratulate yourself on all the rest of the time that you could have given in and haven't.
Am sure you will still have an amazing weight loss this week, just focus on staying back on track and the lbs just slipping away. Good luck xx
