Not that I would advocate going off plan, but if its the difference of staying on it or giving up; take a look on the Slim & Save web page, this gives you a comprehensive list of "permitted" drinks, but bear in mind this is for people following S&S, I personally think 100% is the only way for me, each to their own. I tried S&S for a while but my will was not strong enough to "just have a little" and therefore my losses were no where near LT x
