hi everyone just joined this forum, im on day 4, people telling me im mad and dont need to loose weight, its not right this diet im getting rather fed up with it all, can someone please explain GOING INTO KETOSIS, thank you:)
 
Its when your body switches from using carbs for energy to using your stored fat!

Well done for making this decision....do it for yourself and ignore negative comments.x
 
Some people on this site drink 5/6 litres a day! I think it is more important to drink regularly throughout the day. I can't see that amount doing any harm - going from personal experience I am peeing every 2o minutes so what I drink deffo isn't staying in my system! Good luck Julia x
