Day 4

So it's day 4 for me and I'm ok will defo get to read the books tomorrow as a day to relax!!!:)
Today I will be having
B/fast. Eggs and bacon
Lunch ham and cheese salad and Mayo
Tea prawns salad and Mayo
Decaf and water

And I used a ketosis stick last night and to my amasement in well into ketosis....dark pink! That wasn't hard at all!

Yay you got to ketosis! Just wanted to say about your lack of veg. You are having 2 salads in a day which whilst lovely might not give you all the roughage you need to keep you regular. Maybe you could add some broccoli or cabbage to one of the meals. Just don't want you getting bunged up as it's not nice x

Yes, salad veg alone are not enough. You need green leafy veg such as broccoli, cabbage, kale, etc., ideally 15g carbs per day from veg during Induction.

Well done on such a fast ketosis. You'll soon be flying!
