I thought I was doing so well. Days 1-3 were actually easy. Yesterday was hard but today oh dear!! I can't stop thinking about food. I'm hoping this is what most people describe as their day 3. If this continues I don't think I'll last the week :-(

Don't give up just picture yourself down the line looking all slim and sleek the food will still be there when u r thinner I smell the food sometimes keeps me going
