Day 5 Cambridge sosoooo hard at the mo

Hello All,
this is my first post and i hope to post everyday of my weightloss journey.
I am on day 5 of the Cambridge Diet. I am struggling but determined to
get through the first week with no slips.
I am enjoying reading other posts they really motivate me esp the ones
where people have struggled but stuck to the diet and lost weight.

I've just got thru my first week
I haven't found it a struggle. Mainly cos I know that I have to stick to it
I had my first in and was v v v disappointed with my result, only lost 3lb
But I have high hopes for next weigh
Just come on here when you feel tempted

Hey - i have struggled but managed to get through it and u will too, try and stay focussed... When i want to eat i just drink more water so it fills me up although,i slipped up last week but it was only one blip and i just carried on with my products. Just stick at it. The weight will drop off... X

Day 5 was not one of my happiest either - it felt like I hadn't eaten for ages, and I just couldn't see how I would be able to stick to this long-term but, I got through it, as will you! I've now just completed my first month and have lost a total of 23lb.

It definately does get easier - hang on in there x
 
Stick with it ladies - your all doing fab. Im on day 3 (its not my first attempt at the diet tho) and I'm determined to do well. I keep supping on my water. We will all look fab this summer xx
 
Emmenelle - 23lbs in 4 weeks is fab. Your weigh losses have been brill! go you! x
 
WELL DONE LADIES - you are all doing so well, keep drinking that water and progressing with them losses, when I first started I never thought I would manage (as I'm sure most think) but on day 31 now and it really has gone so quickly, I find keeping myself busy take's away from that hunger feeling. Once you start seeing them pounds drop off it all changes one pound of fat.jpg :D xx
