I am SS but I found that it was harder to break the habits then the hunger itself. Keep drinking and try having your shakes at regular intervals. It will get better!

So true what Dieting Rambler says. The habits are what got us all here in the first place.
I wasn't aware of how much i nibbled in between meals and CD proved this. My hands were at a loss at the start of CD, i felt i had to tie my hands behind my back at times.
And as the weekly losses commence, the diet becomes a breeze. The weight loss goal really is achievable, the feel good factor is so very worth it.

hi Han, welcome to the site and the world of cd'ing! The first week is the hardest but as soon as you get in the swing it does get easier !! keep with it hun, you can do it!! Distraction is always a good idea, posting on here helps with that and for advice and inspiration!!

yes i agree it hard not picking... but got weighted yesterday and have lost 5 lbs very happy... :)

it is true that you loss more in the first week?

are you continuing over christmas, i think thats going to hard for me! :)
