Well I'm still going and stuck to the plan somehow (including going to a party with a bar in my handbag and drinking water that was G&T as far as everyone else was concerned!)
no sign of Ketosis except...... this morning..... no hunger pangs :D and boy have they been painful!!
Only 2lb loss but was always a slowbie :rolleyes:think my body is in famine mode :eek:
Just have to say that this forum has been the best thing for me as several times I have been millimetres from chucking it all down the pan but have logged on and before I know it 20 minutes have passed and so have the cravings :)

Well done on sticking with it. If you're not hungry then ketosis is probably kicking in. Once you can distinguish between hunger, thirst and just plain old wanting food you've got this sorted :)
