Day 6 done!

Hi all,hope you are all doing well.
Nearly at the end of day 6 and feeling fine.
Not missing 'normal' food at all at the moment and feeling better already.
Had a good first weigh in today (-11lbs) and that has spurred me on as well.
Im planning on starting a bit of exercise tomorrow,maybe 30 mins per day if poss,see how it goes.
Struggled a little getting the 3 litres of water down me today but no big deal.
Anyway good luck to you all for this week coming and I hope it goes well for ou all.
