Day 6...I WANT FOOD!!!

im on day 6 today, got my first weigh in tomorrow which im looking forward to, hopefully my hard work has payed off! although i havnt cheated once im really struggling in the evening and really want to eat something. doesnt help that my OH doesnt cook so i have to cook his tea and my little girls :(. im thinking of changin from SS to SS+ next week just so the evenings arnt so hard otherwise im worried ill cheat and ruin my diet....would moving to SS+ make my weight loss alot less ??
 
I'm pretty much doing ss+ as I've only done one or two days in two weeks where ive only has three products.

It makes the evening so much easier.

I'm being quite relaxed with what I eat as the list of foods is very small. I'm making sure I don't eat anything that takes me out of ketosis and nothing that pushes me calories too high. I'm probably averaging at 700-800 calories a day.

I lost 4lbs in my first week but was due on period the day after, I've got my 2nd weigh in tomorrow and think I've probably lost 4-5lbs.

I'm sure if you did ss+ and stuck to the rules you'd lose more than me. I don't think there's too much difference between ss and ss+ as far as losses are concerned x
