Day 6 Refeeding - Week 20

Hi Everyone,

That's what I had on Saturday,

Breakfast: 1 Summer fruits shake +750 ml of Water. Normally I drink half the bottle before the share and the rest within in hour after the shake

Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognese + 1 O% Low fat yogurt 125 gr. (Vitalinea) +
750 ml of Water

Dinner: 2 Sandwiches, each one with 1 slice of cold roast beef, a bit of lettuce, grate carrots, 2 spreads of Extra Light Mayonaise
+ 750 ml of water within the following hour + 0% Low fat yogurt 125 g (Vitalinea).

It is fine at the moment:rolleyes: but I think it will be a battle everyday from now on but I am ready for the fight:)

I am determing to change my lifestyle, in the past I used to run 3 miles everyday (mon to fri) and 6 miles sat and sun but then I had a knee injury and never treat it, just thinking that it was going to be fixed by itself but this never happened, 10 years, My weight was always 14 st 2lb for all my 20´s....


After the winter I am buying a bicycle to go to work and will stop using the car to the minimum. Also will get an exercise bike and a rowing machine, want to do 20-30 minutes a day (mon to fri) and rest the weekends.

I think with these changes and checking what I eat (small portions), more fish and salads for my meals will help a lot to keep the weight off me.

awww cool... I guess it'll always be a challenge but once you enjoy all the new healthy stuff your eating it should be ok! yea exercise stuff should be the next step.. thanks for info! :) well done!!!

Mick glad to hear your refeeding is going so well - better than mine!!!!!

I'm loving all the fresh salad and stuff but am finding I am getting the munchies in the evening!!! I need to keep myself more occupied and drink more water!
