That's what I had on Saturday,
Breakfast: 1 Summer fruits shake +750 ml of Water. Normally I drink half the bottle before the share and the rest within in hour after the shake
Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognese + 1 O% Low fat yogurt 125 gr. (Vitalinea) +750 ml of Water
Dinner: 2 Sandwiches, each one with 1 slice of cold roast beef, a bit of lettuce, grate carrots, 2 spreads of Extra Light Mayonaise + 750 ml of water within the following hour + 0% Low fat yogurt 125 g (Vitalinea).
