Day 8 (help!)

This evening's meal was exactly the same as yesterday's as my OH has the flu. Also,had some chocolate mousse (sw website) using

100g quark
400g fat free grimace frais
2 x sachets of cadbury's highlights
Ground cinnamon

Still got 3 portions in fridge - don't know if I'd have it again though!! Wasn't too impressed!! x
 
Thanks Donna! Hope you are well. Yes, I was pleased with my loss - I hope it will continue. I've set myself a target of 2.5 lbs this week to get me to half a stone. Also thinking of joining a gym tomorrow as need to get fit x
 
Right Im back, missed yesterday as had a little A & E emergency to deal with (nothing bad!!)

2 x cheese and ham toasties (v greedy)

This was made of:

4 x slices wholemeal bread (400g loaf) 2 x HeB
42g low low cheese 1 x HeA
2 x slices Morrisons Eat Smart Ham - 2 syns
salad

Dinner

plain omlette (3 eggs) - added some semi skimmed milk from 2nd HeA
SW chips and ketchup - probably 3 syns
portion of choco mousse from dat before - 2 syns
teas/coffees - remainder of HeA

250ml semi skimmed milk throughout the day for teas/coffees.

Don't know what I'll have for dinner, unsurprisingly I'm not that hungry after my mammoth lunch!! Expect it will be ham omelette with salad, turning into an extra from Gavin and Stacey with all the omelettes I have eaten over the last couple of days!! Will update later with evenings consumptions xx
 
My OH had a nosebleed and it wouldn't stop so he had to stay in overnight and have it sorted this morning. Yes I was pleased I stayed on track too - was sooo tempted to grab a pizza on the way home though!

I'm not too bad. Having a bit of a off day but stuck to plan so i'm proud of myself. Although what with it being the end of the month i don't have much choice as the cupboards are bare! haha! Maybe i will get a good weight loss this week. Hope all is good with your OH! How have you been finding this week. x

Well well well I had my weigh in and lost 1.5 lb! Not too happy but I understand that I need to look at my weight loss over a period of time (6 weeks) and not over analyse every week.

Just wanted to say I have just read through your diary ... your eating habits are very similar to mine! More bread than me though - I've only had a couple of slices of toast since I started on 18th Jan. Your first week weight loss was the same as me too. I'm also hoping to get my half stone on Thursday but, like you, I think it's going to be more like 1.5 lbs to make 6 in total.

You are doing very well with your home cooked meals. Well done!

I need to get better really, my problem is when it's my * week, I get soooo hungry - always have.

I work all week and have along commute so weekday meals are often convenience, quick and easy - I've never liked chips, but the sw ones are amazing.

I have lost 6 lbs since joining 3 weeks ago, I'm hoping for 1 lb tomorrow when I weigh in so i can get my half stone. Hope you are well - I'll be sure to check out your diary x
