Day 8 (help!)

Hello! Thanks for checking in on me! Feeling back on track now! Well done for your loss! Although you feel it's small its still a loss!! :D I can't eat much bread it bloats me! Your diary's are still looking good! I don't weigh in till sat! A little nervous, hoping last week hasn't caught up with me!

You are definitely on track - all your meals and snacks look really varied and tasty! You've also done really well with the weight loss too.

I'm not getting too down about mine - joining a gym on sat so I'll try to go 3 times a week and see if that helps.

I think I have a slow metabolism as I stick to it all week - never eat all my suns and still lose very little...oh well at least o didn't put on anything!!

I'll be following your diary next week for a good weight loss x

Today I have been ill - really bad periods for some reason (diet related???)

Hey! How has this week been going for you? I only lost 1lb this week! But it is still a loss! I've made some more soup up today as that seemed to really help my weight loss the week before, so fingers crossed!

Hi gem_bear! Thanks for stopping by. I lost 1lb at w/i on Wednesday, which means half a stone in total. Was pleased to get the award, but disappointed in another way as I'd only lost 1lb. Spoke to my consultant about it and she said she'd have a look at my food diary and we will discuss this week.

On speaking to others though, it's become apparent that I ate lots more bread than anyone else, so, from Thursday I cut it out. I don't miss it and my digestive system has improved (if you know what I mean).

Also cutting out bananas as apparently they slow down weight loss. Also sticking to ee all week. Roll on Wednesday see of the changes have made any difference. I'd love to lose a further half a stone by the end of feb.

How's your weight loss going? x

Well so far I feel like its going very slowly. I tend to either not really use my syns or save them up for some wine and takeaway. I don't know what I'm doing wrong cause I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. I have only just started my food diary on green just now. Was on EE but don't know if I was maybe eating too much. Although now I'm worried I'm going to be eating too little! Have lost about 5 pounds in a month but pretty much STS last week, hence giving green ago! Maybe I'm just being impatient. It seems a lot of people feel that way sometimes.
That's interesting what u said about bananas, I will look into it! Good luck for Wed! Xx
 
I feel the same - it's heading in the right direction, however it's taking longer to notice the results. My friend says that she can see in the difference in me in my face - admittedly I see no difference whatsoever! I think ee need to think of this as a total change in the way we eat/think about food. As long as my weight is heading in the right direction then I'm happy. it will get easier x x

Options hot chocolate when I got home. If I'm being naughty today, I'm being very naughty. In for a penny, in for a pound!! I will pay for this on we'd though!!!! X x
 
You may be surprised!! You can't deny yourself all the time! It's nice to have a treat once in a while!!
