Hey hun,

It has been so long since I have been on here, life has been crazy. How are you doing? are you a nice big looser?

I have now lost a total of 8lb which is great in 3 weeks WOOP

Here's my food diary for yesterday

No breakfast went to the gym
Lunch: chicken in veg stock with brocoli sprouts and babycorn. 300 kcal
Tea half omelette made with 2 eggs with mushroom 250 kcal

Snacks:
2 apples 1 orange ,cucumber 1 oatcake and low fat hummus, 209

Gym and swim: burnt 350 kcal

Total kcal intake 759

Here's my diary intake for yesterday

Lunch: chicken and bacon salad 240kcal
Shapers crisps 99 kcal

Dinner: 5 quorn nuggets and a corn on the cob 290 kcal
flake 160kcal

Total: 790 kcal

1 hour of cardio bootcamp

350 kcal burnt

Omg ive ad suchhhh a bad weekend week 1 of bootcamp and I went out for the 1st time since December and I drank a lot oh and thanks to the mother of all hangovers today ive bloody ate a lot to,

Back to bootcamp tomoz and start taking my xentical again as I stopped this weekend due to me knowing I was going to be drinking, come on lili x
