    my app with my cpc is at 4pm today so I'm low carbing today
    Tbh I find 3 packs harsh but I've only 36 lbs to goal

    Today I'm 12 stone 7 I'd like to be 9 stone 10
    But if I hit to 9 st 4 that will be 100 lbs loss this year

    So 4 stone down 41 inches here's to a successful CWP journey

    So onto day 4 I woke up at 6.30 with hunger pains but they went & I feel better today except pmt stomach ache the joys of vlcd
    I do find 3 packs harder than the 4 on slim and save even splitting them
    But this should pass soon

    It's boring tbh but I'm glad I'm in the last 3 stones something to lose after 7 stone initially

    - 7 lbs

    Total loss - 4 st 7 lbs

    I've now 2 stone 3 lbs to goal hope next weeks is 4 lbs so I'm in the 1 stones something to goal mindset

    Hey Cherry,

    I'm just starting out on CWP and just wanted to say how good it is to see you still losing 7lbs in a week after already losing 4st! Such a great achievement!
    How have the last couple of weeks been for you?
