Total Solution day five over and out!!!!

Ahhh feel terrific today - totally get the feel good factor of ketosis now
Been trying to write an important essay for days and have been aware that probably more difficult due to glucose depletion and not being able to concentrate
today (and this is good news as deadline is weds midday!!!) I was able to focus and get loads done so must be in ketosis - silly me if I had realised the impact probably would have delayed diet till after weds!! still it hasn't killed me so must be stronger

Today I have felt great about the packets - I haven't halved them all only one - I have felt great about not being hungry and I have felt great about exercises - if it stays like this I will be in heaven!!!
tra la la!!! hope everyone else feeling good too hoo day six tomo wow! never thought I would get there!!
