DAY ONE AGAIN

HI to all CDers old and new:)

I have restarted don't know how many times, but I am on day one again and I have got the furthest I have in a long time as I normally crack by 4pm and eat...so far, so good!

I am easing into the programme on 790 and have so far had 2 choc tetras and some chicken with cucumber, loads and loads of water too. I will spend the majoriy of the diet drinking tetras only...just cannot BEAR any of the shakes, soups or bars at all!

Think I weigh about 18 stone, darn't get on the scales, my CDC weighed me but I asked her not to tell me...all will be revealed next Sunday!

Good luck to any other restarters, here's hoping I can do it this time:cry:

Hi Kathryn, welcome, good luck on your restart. As you know you need to be in the right frame of mind to get through this diet....!

I too started again today....and I have decided to do 790, something I have never really done properly...have just had chicken and salad...and waiting till 730 to have my pudding....a choc muffin(cd one of course!!)
I too have drunk loads of water and black coffee today...I am going to enjoy having my half pint of skimmed milk later..I have got used to drinking black coffee now so it seems a bit daft to drink it white again.

I have been eating so badly in the last month(since we got married a month ago) and I cant believe it but I have gained a stone in a month!:cry: and thats all down to eating crap...whenever and whatever I have wanted to!:sigh:

BUT i have realised I cannot carry on yo-yo-ing and I need to do this for once and for all!
So here we are at the end of day one nearly......we can do this...and we will.

Well done on getting to the end of day one and getting past that 4pm deadline! YOU GO GIRL!!

DH just got in and is making himself a feast in the kitchen as I type. Feeling pretty hungry now so I might just go and jump in my new jacuzzi for an hour then go to bed. will check in tomorrow and fingers crossed I can stay on track.

Thing I can't get to grips with is, in order to lose weight, don't eat so much. I know all that and I know that it's me who puts food in my mouth...I just have to stop myself.

So why is it so damn hard! lol

Dont be so hard on yourself you are here doing this and you are doing great.
I have found it so hard today but i know if i gave in now i would be so p***ed off.
Whenever you feel down come on here,i find it helps

Tentatively feeling confident that I might be able to get through today as well.

we done kathryn, I am feeling the same as you.....getb through today and we will be a day further down the line, but it was tues I slipped up last week so just have to keep busy today!

hi all, day 4, bit of a slip yesterday but I'm not counting it, just carrying on.
Saw my cdc yesterday and found i was 18 stone 5 when i last saw her, last night i was 17'12 so i have lost 7lb already.
long way to go tho

hi all, have been still doing diet but not very well as I have felt so sick, dizzy and headachy, never had this before. Manage fine until teatime when the sick dizzyness gets worse and worse ... any ideas what I should do? Do I need to ride it out or is the diet not agreeing with me? havent put any weight on but only dropped a coupla pounds this week.
