Hi everyone, started S&S today, doing 3 packs and protein, veg. So far today had:
Breakfast - Latte shake - yum!
Lunch - Vanilla shake - hmmmm - made this hot and it kinda curdled... think i'll try making it cold and then heating it!
Dinner - will be chicken breast and veg.
Will be having my bar for supper.
Drank loads of water - about 2.5 litres so far and 2 cups of green tea.
So soon i can tick day one off. I would like to lose at least a stone by 20 Aug.
I feel 'in the zone' at the moment and just hope it lasts!!! Definitely didn't feel particularly hungry today so hope this lasts too!!
