Day one of getting life back

Had my normal weigh in day even though I weigh at sliming world Monday and I stayed the same ?!!?
 
Yep apple and peanut butter lol


I have lost two inches of my legs in the last three weeks so that is a bonus I suppose just blummin scales not moving , I got stick at this weight for about 6 weeks last year it seems to be where my body is comfy and I really have to push it to get rid of the next 7lb
 
Kind of I had a high day last week that I had saved cals through the week for but didn't seem to make a difference inam hoping its all the excercise I have just been for a run with the dog so that's at least 4 hours of excercise this week Including 2 gym sessions and toning class to maybe all of a sudden I will get a drop x

1330 had a run today so not to worried and have 1400 spare for tommorrow
