Starting with not a lot in cupboards to prepare, but here goes....
going for extra easy, though still working out that concept... this is my plan for today.

B/fast 1 scrambled egg on dry toast HE B
tea milk from HE A allowance.

Lunch
Green beans, carrots, small mashed potatoes, free roast potato,
roast beef, gravy (1 syn)
Crunch Corner Yogurt, Strawberry Shortcake, 150g pot (8 syns) not getting these again!

dinner
Pasta and sauce (free)


9 syns.... no fruit in , so it will do today, shop tomorrow and things will improve. Ideas of things I can take to work for my lunch would be helpful, im doing slimming world on internet so do need help to keep motivated and to keep me from becoming bored.

Breakfast

snack : banana

Lunch
Jacket potato, Beans cheese HEA

Dinner
Potaoes, parsnip, cauliflower, broccoli,turkey , gravy (1 syn)


Evening

I can Newcastle Brown ale (9.5 syns) BIG Mistake!!!!

Think I really need to occupy myself more at night, or dump the NCBA for free food treats.:sign0007

Today is my first day so i cant offer advice but well done on getting started. People are great on here for looking after us newbies.
