Hello,

I have started CD today and would like to know if I can have the following:

Echinacea (tablets and drops)

Bachs rescue remedy

Twinings caffeine free earl gray tea

Zantac

The tea is ok on its own.

The rest I'm not sure of - depends if they have carbs technically.
I would have thought that the amount you take is so small it'll be negligible.

Is Zantac a prescribed medicine ? If so you shouldn't stop taking it - but you'd better check with your CDC, they have a list of contra-indicated medicines.
