Day one Tracking!

Hi All!

I hope you don't mind but i'm going to keep a track of my daily food on here to keep me on track!

I'm on day one of yet another restart, and am desperate to shift a stone and a half in total.

Any advice or any hints and tips on what i'm eating would be greatly appreciated!

EE day

HE (A) 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
HE (B) 3 Ryvita sesame

Breakfast - Banana
Lunch - Small tin of tuna mixed with sweetcorn, fat free greek yoghurt, and paprika. Salad made up of lettuce, spring onions and tomato and a fat free toffee yoghurt (Aldi version of mullerlight...are these free?)
Snack - Apple, Banana.
Dinner - Small sweet potato, prawns, fat free greek yoghurt with paprika, peas, carrots and sweetcorn.... after 1 hour of Zumba!

How am I doing? Please advise!!! :D
