day one

Started my 1st day on refresher...did this last yr but have slipped up due to being made redundent..Had porridge and loved it.. we never had that last year. Anyways, be prepared to be bombarded with me over the coming weeks, I shall prob moan cry laugh whinge and the like, but know minis will keep me on track :)

Well done on starting you first day!:)

I am on day 16 now and have lost 12.5lbs in my first 2 weeks.

You should join our Sept starters thread where there are others who have just started...it's very supportive.
