Due to my lifestyle I'm on 3 CD meals and a meal at night.
The first day was tough but the hunger pains have stopped now (i dont think thats normal, maybe its not working as it should). I'm going to have a chat with my advisor and see what she thinks.

I dont really get hunger pains any more on it - mentally though it can be tourmenting at times.
Any questions ask your CD counsellor for sure, they are a great support and full of knowledge and information.
