Total Solution Day twenty on TS and been the hardest ever :(

Oh boy have I earned my "honk" today, I have been flipping starving all day - not helped by the huge tub of Celebtations brought into work.

I have stuck totally to Exante for nearly three weeks but had to have a boiled egg tonight. Here's hoping I an back to normal tomorrow. Anyone else had days like this? X

You've done 3wks, that's amazing!! A boiled egg won't knock you out of ketosis. Well done on resisting the celebrations, resisting things is so hard - especially when you're hungry. I felt a little hunger pang earlier when OH was eating his tea. I took myself out of the room and did the ironing!!

Great to read this. I too have nearly done 3 weeks and have been hungry the last two days. Had a chicken breast tonight! Now feel guilty. Back to 100percent tomorrow!!
