Day two....

    Tarted the day off really positive & focused, 2nd children's party of the weekend & I forgot to take a snack for myself & had a few chips.

    Breakfast - Banana & fat free yoghurt, 2 coffees with skimmed milk HEXA
    Chips, coffee & semi skimmed milk HEXA- BIG MISTAKE 11SYNS
    Lunch - chicken salad sarni with fat free dressing HEXB
    Coffee with skimmed milk HEXA
    Dinner - roast chicken, roast potatoes cooked with fry lite, carrots, sued & gravy made with stoke cube, strawberries & yoghurt
    Asda - bubbly choc bar 3 SYNS
    Coffee with skimmed milk HEXA

    Day three...

    I knew today would be a struggle. Have already eaten 3 Jaffa cakes & 2 choc biscuits- not good

    Breakfast - fat free yoghurt & banana, coffee with skimmed milk HEXA

    Snack - choc hob nob 5 SYNS, coffee with skimmed milk HEXA, grapes

    Lunch - ham sandwich HEXB, 3 Jaffa cakes 7 SYNS, cucumber, choc digestive 4 SYNS
