When I do green days I make lots of homemade pasta salads with peppers, sweetcorn etc

Thank you. At the moment I seem to find doing a green day so much easier than EE and Red

Nice to feel like I'm doing it 100 percent right lol

I've got the odd one or two for sugar in my tea but I'm not really interested in anything with syns today.

I'll have a look at your food diary for inspiration. Thank you for the offer x

The easiest way to explain EE is

Your given 1 Healthy Extra A and 1 Healthy Extra B

You must aim for each meal to be a balanced plate of 1/3 super free food and the other 2/3's made up of free food from red or green day. Some times you may find this difficult to do and the suggestion is you either have a bowl of salad before dinner or have a smaller meal followed with fruit.

    Hope that makes sense

Hiya thank you for the further replies.

I've had a bag of pom bear crisps and two JP rather than one for dinner.
