What to do when u have days out? We are taking kids to Alton towers for day n was wondering how to manage. I've got a shaker but everytime I use it, it's lumpy n makes me sick. So I use a blender now.
I won't b able to take blender with me that day, was thinking if there were any substitute bar I could have ( apart from the LT flapjack, makes me gag)
    Any ideas???
    Xx

You could go on eBay and get an exante bar - pretty much same as LT products but not as horrid as LT flapjacks. I'm sure it wont hurt to have one exante product (i'm actually doing a mix of lipotrim and exante hence why ive been a stranger for a few weeks) that said, they didnt fill me up I ended up swapping about 10 bars for 10 other products!

Take a flask of peppermint tea? To be honest, I bought two of the Lipotrim shakers (one for work, one for home). A bit extravagant, I know but I'm going to be on this for a long, long time and you've got to have the right tools for the job! With the mesh thing at the top and a 1 minute shake (good exercise) you don't get any lumps and it's a lot easier than washing out the damn blender each time if you can get used to it.
Have a great day at Alton Towers. I expect you to try every ride! :D

Nor me. I can just about cope with those big teacups! My job is usually looking after everybody's bags and I don't think that will ever change no matter how much weight I lose! ;)

I constantly carry my shakes and the shaker in my handbag, i am out all the time either with family or with work, i have never had a problem having my shakes, either i use water out of a tap if in someones house or i buy a bottle of water and tip it in.
The shaker you get from the chemist for LT is fantastic, i've never had lumps in it due to the mesh, shake it up and drink:)

    Hi,

Firstly - very jealous - would love a fun day out! ;) Can you get your mits on one of those little coffee frothers that are hand held and battery operated? You sometimes see them free with a pack of cappuccinos - they should work for you to get rid of the lumps and they're cheap as chips usually....Just checked on Debenhams.com for you and here's a link to one for under a fiver

Black drinks frother - Drink gadgets - Cookware - Home & furniture -

Plenty of folks have substituted exante or be yu bars when they don't like the flapjacks. It did not affect their losses either. It may slightly vary the mineral and vitamins you are getting that day. I dint think this is something to fret about if you only mix and match on occasional days. Get a few bars and have them for days out.
