dayyyyyyyyyyyy 2 on the ss diet

just had 1 litre of water, and having a banana shake, which i have to say isn't to bad.

mouth feels a tad dry, this morning

and i had a bad nights sleep, had the cambridge diet going round and round in my head.

kept thinking i hope i dont' get the headaches and sweats today.

must have been around 4.00am when i nodded off.

woke up with a bit of a headache probably due to the fact that i've had little sleep.

off to work now, but i'm home for 2.30pm so i'll go to bed then for an hour.

just home from work, drank a lot of water today and visited the toilet a lot today as well.

just made half a sachet of cheese and brocoili soup up and it's not to bad.

will have another cup later, then off to have another hot chocolate later.

Feel tired, but not shattered, i know it is cause i've had little sleep, nothing to do with the diet.

well i still feel good

had an hour at tea time, and drank loads of water.

but at tea i made a muffin with my chocolate mix

is that ok

i mixed it wil 2 tablespoons of warm water, and microwaved for 1 min.

it was lovely

i got the receipe of here, please tell me that i was ok to do this.

plus could i make crisp and some of the other stuff, as long as i'm just using my shake and water.

hi, well done on your day 2, you are doing fine, am sure it's ok to do as you wish with your shakes as long as you are not adding outside ingredients and just using water, I made a muffin too with the choc mint and it was great, hadn't chewed anything for nearly 3 weeks, it seemed odd but tasted great. Hope you have a good sleep tonite.

have to say that the muffin was fantastic

even though it was only day 2
