Going to do this......
:) my first dd, putting my food into my fitness pal to work out the number for me.

So far
2 weetabix 125 ml skimmed milk and a banana: 150
1/2 can heniz veg soup:94

Aiming for 500 today, so far so good but it's only 1.45 lol

Hi sorry for interrupting your thread but I have just checked your breakfast on mfp and it's not 150 cals but 271 cals.
2weetabix is 135 cals, 125ml of skimmed milk is 45 cals and an average banana is about 95-100 cals. Just thought you should know x

Put in weetabix and that option came up as 150 that's why I had it, thought it was low :-(
 
Just checked again and I think mfp got it wrong,
i put in weetabix with skimmed milk and the 7th choice said 150

Gutted now lol although I did think this was low just kidding myself, will have to be good the rest of the day.

No worries when I looked at it I thought my gosh that seems too good to be true! Lol.
I'm doing a dd tomorrow so I'll be posting my diaries soon too. :) x

chicken salad 155
568 :-( a little over ) but will no next time.

Going over by 68 calories is great I think! Well done I would have had the thought of oh bugger it and ate too much lol. Need to get out of that head! Well done.
 
I would always check with the side of the container you have, never assume that mfp is right because a lot of the time stuff is completely out. (i've been caught out a few times myself!!)[/QUOT

Yes will be heckling all the time mow, will just use mfp as a guide :)
