Dear Diary...

Tanners I totally empathise with the hunger. It's my second week on LLL, and despite being in ketosis (I did one of those sticks), this morning I've found I'm struggling to stagger my food packs as I normally do. I usually have the LL Porridge at 6.45am, lots of coffee and water, and another foodpack at 1pm, save my LL bar for the train journey home at 7pm.

Today I've had my LL porridge at the usual time then had my LL bar at 10.30am! Which means, I'll have to skip having a foodpack at lunchtime or skip having a foodpack on the train home. It's totally psychological but I feel deprived and a little panicky.

My stomach is rumbling and I feel nauseous but know it's my mind telling me I'm hungry when I don't need anything else.

My plan is to drink plenty of water and tea/coffee and try and keep my mind busy! I guess there'll always be highs and lows on this diet.
