Total Solution Dear diary

Hiya everyone
So I've been on and off TS for near two weeks, taking me a while to get my head into gear an to control the headaches and cravings.
Ive decided to start a diary and cone on daily which I think will help on my journey.
Starting at day 1 today, onwards and downwards hopefully xxxx

Don't know what TS is i'm fairly new to the world of dieting and only know the highly publiscised ones i.e SW, WW, CD. Hopefully when your body adjusts the headaches and cravings will go.

When I first started on here I just used to read everybody's posts but now I write my own and reply and the lift you get when someone rights something back boosting your confidence is amazing.

Ur so right, it's so motivating coming on here and it definitely helps to write things down. It's good to know we're not alone on this journey x

Doin ok today, the headaches are back but I know I just av to persevere through them.
Jus having a cup of tea and an asda measure up bar 4 lunch.
Have a night out this weekend 4 my friends 30th, we're gettin one of those partybus' up to the nightclub and I know it'l end up pretty messy.
Was wondering what u guys think wud b the best alcoholic beverage to take. Wine or vodka, know there's no point me sayin i'l not drink cos I will end up indulging :0)

I havent really had any headaches apart from day 1. I would stick to vodka i think. Wine is pretty bad is it not?

Hiya - just wanted to pop in and say hello :) Sounds like you're doing great so far.

Have a great night out at the weekend - sounds like it could definitely get messy, just don't forget that it's dangerous to drink if you're in Ketosis, so make sure you eat something in the lead up, to make sure you're not.

I'd definitely stick with vodka rather than wine though - it has loads less calories, and probably less carbs (not sure on that tho?)
