I guess even though its not a true reading...if you have a 'normal' week the following week, it evens itself out? It just depends how you deal with it mentally though doesn't it, sometimes it can derail you.

Yeah generally since I know the scales lie wen am on nights am not too bad tho am normally. Extra good this week have been good ish so am thinking. They may show a gain an as will be my first it's messing with my head abit but it will be. Reet logically I know I could just weigh again sat my morning. For a true reading. But I won't. Lol now. Have. Gone round the houses with my answer. Think Is bedtime. X

Ah Ok I only asked as made the slimming world one the other day with fromage frais
 
Ok, having felt really stuffed all day yesterday and deciding not to have dinner last night, only fruit, I woke up this morning starving!

Your t looks very nice hun. U use coconut. Oil alot. Randomly does it taste of coconut?
 
I like really like coconut. So wouldn't bother me lol. Yeah have finished my nights now and. Am on holiday. Which makes it even better lol
 
Hi have decided to try make a healthy b cereal bar. How much coconut. Oil can u have as a healthy b?

Strictly speaking Coconut oil isn't on the HE b list but I exchange 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Coconut oil is generally solid unless it warm but I have made sure that a solid tablespoon of oil is the equivalent of a melted tablespoon!! Yes I am very pedantic about things like that!! lol
Making your own cereal bars? Sounds interesting! let me know how they go...

I haven't been managing to post my menus the last few days as we have been busy finishing off our kitchen that we started 2 years ago!!lol I have been on plan though and am being weighed tomorrow (instead of Monday, just gone)...scales don't look good at the mo but hey, a lot can happen in a day!!
 
Ah that would explain it then as trying to find coconut oil as a healthy b was sending me batty! ( I don't have that far to go!)
Have decided to adapt a flapjack recipe have most things now so just gonna plat around a bit tomorrow I think.
