Cheers Ali, going green this week, as of today - no fish, unless I really fancy it and have it as an HEB ( well that was last weeks plan too?)

All cool here, ta. My official at home WI was yesterday morning and I had a STS which was a little frustrating cos I've been really really good this week. Anyway, I was naughty and weighed again this morning and I'm a lb down! So for the sake of making myself feel better I am counting it, lol!

That takes me to a stone :D
 
Not posted on here for a while.....oops, nevermind....
Weather was a little better at the weekend, so got out on my bike for an hour or so....sounds good in theory, but there's not much effort once you've turned they key!!!! should've had a walk, but have been getting winter withdrawal symptoms.

Went to work Monday, and felt right fed-up, so booked the rest of the week off.... and have been doimng a bit of spring cleaning..... I am so untidy, it's terrible, the OH will think he's turned up at the wrong huse this evening as I didn't tell him!!

So, best update the foodie bit

WK12 D1 (Friday) - Green

Breakfast: cooked breakfast
2xquorn sausages, 2 egg omlette, baked beans, mushrooms

Lunch: quick soup
baked bean & mushy peas, vegetable oxo cube

Dinner: sort of spaghetti bolognaise
quorn mince, onion, tomatoes, sweetcorn, mushrooms, new bolognaise oxo cube, spaghetti

Syns:
3 1/2 pints of Fosters - 35
50ml whisky - 5
Weekly Total: 40

WK12 D2 (Saturday) - Green

Brunch:
2xegg omlette,baked beans, banana, kiwi

Dinner: SW Indian and grapes
mushy pea , onion,tomato curry sauce, potato, spinach, brown rice, Ainsley Harriot lentil dahl, quorn tikka pieces, quark, f/free natural yoghurt, cucumber, grapes.

Supper: cocoa
250ml semi-skim milk (HEA), 1 tbs cocoa powder (1)

Went for a quick pint whilst out lunchtime - was a good girl, and only had 1!!! woohoo, bit of an achievement!!

WK12 D3 (Sunday) - Green

Brunch: cooked breakfast
3xquorn sausages, scrambled eggs (part HEA milk), baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, 2x400g WW bread (HEB), 1tbs I Can't Believe It's Not butter,light(2.5)

Dinner: Courgette risotto
risotto rice, courgette, onion, vegetable oxo cube, garlic, herbs

Supper:
remainder of milk HEA (total 250ml semi-skim) & HIFI bar (HEB)

WK12 D4 (Monday) - Green

Breakfast - Fruit
apple, 2xplums, Pear

Lunch: Jacket & salad, fruit & yoghurt
jacket potato, baked beans, tomato, cucumber, carrot, mixed leaves, banana, pear, shape zero

Dinner: SW Indian - mushroom curry & quorn curry, cumin rice
remainder of curry sauce from Saturday (mushy pea, onion,tomato )
mushrooms, quorn fillets, passata, cumin rice, quark, f/free natural yoghurt, cucumber

Supper: cheese & biscuits
5x scan bran (HEB) 5xlaughing cow, incl deli light (HEA)

WK12 D5 (Tuesday) - green

Lunch: asparagus and fruit
asparagus & poached eggs, strawberries, quark, f/free natural youghurt, sweetener, 1x alpen light (part HEB)

Had such a late lunch, and busy sorting out, didn't get around to dinner 'til quite late, and wasn't overly hungry, and needed to use some healthy extras and some bibs & bobs in the fridge, so made a quick soup out of the half tins, packets, etc, and there's enough for lunch Wednesday too

Dinner: soup & Beans on toast
baked beans, mushy peas, asparagus, oxo cube, tomatoes, passata.
2x400g bread (HEB), baked beans, 42g lf cheese (HEA)

been a bit lax with regards to updating my diary, but as I've been off of work, I've not really logged on a huge amount...
Anyhow

WK12 D6 (Wednesday) - Green

Normally a night out, but we stayed in....He had a beer, I had a diet coke..... felt quite pleased with myself, as I've vowed not to drink alcohol the night before WI.....and as he'd only had a bowl of soup, I cooked him dinner too

Breakfast : Cooked breakie
3xquorn sausages, poached eggs , baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes

Lunch: creamy mushroom pasta
wholemeal pasta, mushrooms, 5xlaughing cow (HEA), mixed leaves

Snack : 1x aplen light (part HEB)

Dinner: Bean Chilli
brown rice, tomatoes, baked, blackeye, pinto, haricot, kidney, black turtle beans, onions, oxo & loads of chilli

Syns: 35g bag revels - 8.5
Weekly Total: 62

WK12 D7 (Thursday) - Green -WI

Well, think I made a bit of a mistake, OH and I were going to the airport to pick-up some friends straight after WI, so I decided to eat my main meal about an hour before WI...OOOOPS :sigh:

Early Lunch: leftover soup
baked beans, mushy peas, asparagus, oxo cube, tomatoes, passata

Early Dinner: Quorn bolognaise & salad
quorn, spaghetti, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, celery,swede,turnip, oxo,42g lf cheese (HEA), mixed leaves, cucmber, beetroot, tomato

Supper: Cheese sarnie
2x400g bread (HEB), 42g lf cheese (HEA), beetroot

Not good, increase of 1.5 lb, and I don't know why, unless, it was because I had eaten so close to WI.....hope so, as although I may have missed an odd HEA or HEB here and there..... I've been pretty darn good, had a few drinks (read several) when we got in at around 11pm after the airport run, they were still within my weekly syn allowance.....

WK13 D1 (Friday) - EE
well, busy, busy, busy..... we got up really late :), he shot off to play snooker from lunchtime until about 3:30.....and I went shopping, wandering around Lidl, where I don't normally go......couldn't find the fishcakes that everyone raves about - nevermind, then we spent the afternoon pottering about, so ended just having one meal......then went to the pub for our usual night out ;)

boiled bacon, new potatoes, carrot, onion, pease pudding, swede, spinach, processed peas, green beans

WK13 D2 (Saturday) - EE

chicken, SW chips, mixed leaves cucumber, tomato, gherkins,
pineapple, plum, pear, apple, quark, f/free natural yoghurt, sweetner, shape zero

Supper: 250ml semi-skim milk ( HEA) , and hifi bar (HEB)

WK13 D3 (Sunday) - EE

Had a great day today.....got out on my motorcycle for a few hours, :character00201:what a lovely day, rode out to a little country inn, I had a diet coke, then we stopped off somewhere on the way home, had a beer in there....so a rather contented little bunny :bunnydance:

Breakfast: egg on toast
2x poached egg on 2x400g bread (HEB) OK no superfree, but it would have been eating for the sake of it

Dinner: Spaghetti carbonara
spaghetti, boiled bacon, onion, mushroom, egg, quark, tomato, cucumber, 42g l/fat cheese (HEA)

Off to bed now....after I've done my sit-ups

Well you could blow me down with a feather! I can't believe you put on 1.5 lbs ... without a doubt I reckon it's eating so close to WI hun and I wouldn't worry about it. It is frustrating though :(

You're right, I'm not too worried, really can't think that there's any other reason for it, so I'll just plod along!

Not long 'til our holidays :D

I'm off this coming Sunday for work, back on Weds, so WI Thursday - I'll have to starve myself - no not really, just wont eat dinner first lol
Gonna have to be a bit careful whilst away, so I'll enjoy it, but try and make the right choices where I can.

You, though on the other hand are well close to acheiving your 6lb loss for your holiday.... go girl, that's excellent! Well Done

Just about to warm milk and go to bed !!
Supper: 250ml semi-skim milk (HEA), 1 tbs cocoa powder , and hifi bar (HEB)

followed by a banana

Dinner : Boiled bacon with stuffed mushrooms
boiled bacon, 190 g new poatoes (HEB), mushrooms, onions, tomato, poached eggs, 42g l/f cheese (HEA)

Supper: cocoa & chocolate
S: 250ml semi-skim milk ( HEA) , 1 tbs cocoa powder(1) and 37g bag maltesers (9.5)

Not a good day today. :sigh:
Fine foodwise, but feeling a bit emotional, it's also that time, so I always look at things the wrong way!!
Oh well, so OH decided it was a visit to the pub, had a few beers, and still within my syns for the week, but I may well have sabotaged WI Thursday evening :(

We'll have to see what happens!!

Yesterday, although happy I lost, still a bit wobbly, and really over indulged after WI

2x400g WW wholemeal, 1 egg

alcohol binge, saw some friends who gave been on holiday for 3 months!!

Yeah well, things happen

Pretty much giving this week a miss
was out Friday, was really busy today, so he popped out for fish & chips ( didn't eat all the batter) and off to Spain af 0600 tomorrow morning back late Weds and WI Thurs...... not gonna be a good week!!
 
Hi Ali, was a good but tiring trip, thanks, weather was great, so expecting even better at the end of the month, bet you're looking forward to yours now!!

Welcome back! Did you manage to stay on plan?

Oh yes ... looking forward to Tenerife! 2 weeks today - yippee!!

I've been trying on my shorts today ... still 16s from last year but they fit much better :)
