OMG its hot today really struggled with my run today just had a picnic in the park with the little ones back early because yongest has to be at Nursery for 1

oooh yes the salad season is well and truely upon us :)
Picnic didnt last long only had an hour anyway between child number 1 finishing morning Nursery and child 2 starting afternoon Nursery so it was more like lunch in the park shhhhh but dont tell the littlies that, to them it was a full on picnic.:D It ended early with Child No 1 Sofia needing the toilet so a sharp exit from the park luckily its only at the top of my road!
Having another picnic on Sunday ooooooh I love this weather :)

Experimenting again today trying to add some red days into my week just need to make sure I plan my meals so I dont get hungry will have to see how it goes

yeah thats one of the reasons I miss doing red and green I miss cheese :D when I do EE I always just have the milk in my tea but I generally only have about 4-5 cups a day and I like it strong so never use the full HeA, really a waste :/ I should perhaps syn the milk and still have my cheese.

Saying that not had my cheese today lol just not fit it in as Ive been in and out the house having it tomorrow tho Just made a sw quiche for our picnic and used it on the top mmmmmm Although just had a smidgen ... had to sample it just incase it wasnt suitable for tomorrow :D
The 1st time I made a quiche I used quark and wasnt keen so this time blended cottage cheese in instead and I think its nicer :)

Think I may have a nose at some other diaries never seem to have the time normally , may give me some ideas

Jusrt back from watching my OH run 6k in blistering heat :8855: I may not be laughing next month when its my turn hoping for a cold spell around the 19th June :D Had a lovely picnic afterwards where I took far too much to eat didnt eat half of it!!

Well Claire I got the date wrong its the 20th my run so it can stay hot up until then and then I want cool with a nice breeze lol

Went for my run this morning at 7.30 am thought I would go before it got hot .... it was still bloody hot!! anyhow despite still having a cough and cold I managed 3.5k without stopping :D

Not so good today this cough and cold just got worse tried my run this morning but really I should have stayed at home kept coughing and my chest felt tight :( had to stop just before I got to 2k . Tomorrow is a rest day and if I am not better thursday I will have another day off
Weigh in tomorrow and dont feel confident maybe its cuz I'm not well and all together feeling tired and down in the dumps :(

Still on a high after yesterdays 2.5lb loss just looked in my book and the last time I lost as much as that was the beginging of December when I got my club 10! Just shows that changing something you do can sometimes work in your favour now all I need to do is stay focused so I get a loss this week will be happy with any loss no matter how small. Just 9lb to target :)
