Managed to do my 5k this morning albeit with a little bit of walking still managed it in 34 minutes one week to go but I really need to cut out the walking part!

Another 5k this morning still cant understand why I need to keep stopping for a walk did it in 34 minutes again and without the walks I reckon it will be 32 mins :)
going for a green day today I rarely do these now but while doing an online shop at Asda (i usually just shop instore) i noticed chickpea dahl so I added some to my basket and its coming today so guess whats for tea lol cant wait after all the raving I hear about it on here I hope I am not disappointed :)

Still unsure about yesterday hardly any fruit or veg and only a few syns yet I felt stuffed too much processed stuff :( oh well it was a one off :) back to red today and so far pretty much the same lol but planning lots of salad later :)

Wi tonight and according to my scales I will have Gained :( not sure why tho unless of course my scales have all of a sudden added a 1lb to my weight ... we will see later
Having an EE day today not as many red days this week maybe thats why I have gained. Anyhow need to do an EE day because of a mess up with the Asda delivery I ordered 200g of parsnips they sent 1.5kg sweet potatoes I ordered 500g they sent 1.7kg in fact all my veg was like this I phoned them to complain and they refunded the difference leaving me the veg for free so need to have another EE day than I had planned to use them up wouldnt want to waste them as it is giving some away too!

well slimmer of the week got some of my parsnips and sweet potatoes :D

Drawing a line under yesterday decided to have a mini blow out not because I gained but because I think I need to trick my body I am so rigid with sticking to it 100% and then like last night I gain for no aparrant reason. Then while sitting in group you hear people say they lost X lbs and had been to a party been out for a meal had lots to drink ect ect and there is me sticks to it all week and gains a pound :( so maybe I am not relaxed enough about it also the way the cons was talking was that you should have a flexi day every week dont plan to do that myself tho.
So lets see what I ate when I got home lol slice of wm with my free stew (already eaten my Hex) 3 choc digestives, 3 gingernuts, 1 walls mini twister, a blue ribband bar and a choc digestive bar doesnt actually seem much when I write it down but went to bed feeling a little bit sick and this morning woke up with stomach cramps. Back to it today tho having EE today then doing red for the rest of the week.

Thanks Allie :) lost 2lb makes up for the 1lb gain last week

As I am getting closer to target finding this a lot harder not with how much I am losing because I am happy with 1lb a week but finding it hard to stay focused I havn't gone off plan much but there have been several times when I could of quite easily done so. So far I havn't I just hope I can keep going
Another mishap last night but not as bad as I thought 30syns in total so quite easily pulled back so 3 days this week I need to stick to under 10 syns its not going to help tho as I have youngests birthday party sunday and I will be Baking non stop for the next couple of days got a huge birthday cake to make in the shape of a butterfly and loads cup cakes and muffins
