Debs diary.... Now trying to maintain!!

Ever get the feeling you are eating far too much despite sticking to plan :rolleyes: having one of those weeks this week its star week this week and I just dont seem to be able to satisfy my hunger :( not had anything naughty tho I am hoping to STS although atm I feel so bloated it feels like I have gained :(

managed to go 4.5k this morning although at one point I did walk for 30 seconds but still pleased with that :)
Feeling fed up today star week and I feel so fat and I know the scales are going to reflect this I will be lucky if I sts I think.

aaaahhhh what a lovely day :)
Put my weight loss into life on line last night and it has me reaching target next month now, whooopy :) may not happen tho but at least I think I will be at target before my hols in September. Thinking I may drop my target by just 1lb tho I know it may sound silly but if I drop it by just 1lb I will get my 3stone award and be in the 9s somewhere I haven't been for probably 15 years !

Did you have a nice time? I have a fridge full of stuff now probably too much stuff and also a lot of naughty stuff....Eldest came home from Uni yesterday at least he will eat it all before I can lol

Had a great time, the weather was amazing - never had such good weather in the Lakes before. Was actually pretty good and stuck to an average 30 syns per day as my C said to do so fingers crossed for weigh in on wed.
Must be great to have your eldest back and doubt if those goodies will last too long in that case lol

have had a rushed morning today due to a 2 hour driving lesson dont like to eat too much or drink before cuz I end up needing the loo so I just had a banana now I have to go to the hospital for my little girls follow up developement check hopefully her last .... she was diagnosed with delayed developement at just before 2 years. basically she didnt walk until she was 21 months and she wasnt even saying mummy . Thinking they will discharge her today tho because at nearly 3 she has come on so much :) even out of nappies fairly easily.

not sure I have said I am going to lower it by just 1lb cuz that will give me my 3stone award :D.
Dont want to go too far tho because I think the older you get you do need a few extra pounds or you end up looking gaunt.
I havnt been under 10stone for maybe 12 years and even then I wasnt there long before it crept back on so I think being under 10st will be enough .... I HOPE!!! kinda scared of stopping the diet now :confused:
 
yea planning on still doing it, its free after all :D. Atm I dont think I could ever go back to eating the crap I used to but I am worried that 1 thing off plan will set me off.... this is why I rarely stray from plan because I know what I am like 1 cake leads to 2,3,4 or 1 choc is never 1. Wish I could relax a bit more. I mean I dont want to filling out a food diary forever I want to be able to just relax and eat healthily without the measuring and keeping tabs 24/7
Just hope I can get my head around it when the time comes :)

Do you still plan to keep a diary once at target? I may carry on for a few weeks till I get the balance but ultimately I dont want to do this forever
