Decaf tea and coffee

For 3 weeks now I have been drinking decaf tea and coffee as thought while I was at it would try and break my caffeine habit. Also I found on a VLCD the caffeine made me feel quite 'buzzy' and manic !

I can cope with the coffee but the tea is just gross and I cannot drink it.

Does anyone know of a decent brand of decaf teabags as I really don't want to undo all the good I have done with the withdrawal etc.

Yorkshire tea ones are good for decaf tea. A bit pricey but good quality so you could use one bag for two cups when you're making tea for two

I've gone one step further and have almost completely cut out tea and coffee altogether. Don't miss it at all now.

i quite like asda's own brand ( and avoid typhoo completely!!)

I drink green tea with 2 sweetners, tastes really nice and sweet, and has oxidants which are really good for you too, and warm me up when i get cold too
