-3lbs for me this week. Despite being 100% I've had really bad losses the two weeks previous to this one so doubt I will make my target by the end of December. *Sigh* Oh well onwards and upwards

Another -3lbs off for me this week. which brings my total for December in at -9lbs which is a bit disappointing considering I was 100% all month was hoping for -14lbs
nevermind, I'm still happy with what I have lost
