You girls are doing fab. This month i will be leaving the month heavier than I entered the month which is hard to take, but December contains Xmas and my birthday. I figure it'll be a proper lesson in how to bounce back. I've had a few little gains that are always off the next week, but I suspect I will set myself back quite a bit and I will just have to remind myself that it is ok to step back, I've not failed, or let myself down. Anyone had any big gains before give me any tips?
Muscles in my legs are sore today and it says to let them recover. I have been out cleaning out the quails so that should be some body magic. I will be cleaning the Windows and vacuuming in a bit so that'll help too. The weather warnings are in force down here too so getting out isn't much of an option.
