bit dissapointed as i stayed the same and have stuck to it totally 100% however i had an accident on tuesday last week and put my back out so i have had very little excercise this week

Right have been missing for the last week or so been a little naughty hence this weeks result (will get to that in a minute!).

I would like to aim for 5lbs!!

Last week i lost 5.5lb!! Fabby!

But this week i put 3.5lbs on!! BOO RUBBISH!! So im going for it now!! You ladies are just what i need!!
