So I rejoined WW on Thursday after being unsuccessful with SW.. just couldnt lose anything on it, and free food and carbs etc just didnt add up. Lost a stone and half before on WW so now Im ready again to lose with WW... Been doing great since Thurs, writing everything down, not hungry and not craving crap like I used to which is really odd but Im not complaining! Even went to the cinema last night with my WW crisps and curly wurly and bottle of water!!!:sigh: anyway, went for an unexpected meal last night and the menu was not very healthy!! I had 5 deep fried mushrooms and salad to start... and breast of chicken salad and a few chips for dinner. What I want to know is, does anyone have any idea what sort of Propoints Im looking at in order to calculate my very bad choice in starter?!? Would love ur help.. Thanks!!
