DELETE PLEASE

I usually walk a couple of miles every day but some weeks I can't because of work or life gets in the way & it doesn't seem to affect my weight loss (not so far anyway) but a whole *hour* in the gym every day only contributes to a 12lb loss a *year*?! Mad!
 
This is reassuring to hear. I am trying to walk regularly and will continue to do so because it will aid me long term but its nice to know if life gets in the way the food optimising will work alone x
