Day 1 back on plan after 3 months off (various reasons - all lame lol), i am feeling very guilty of letting myself gain 1 stone after i was so close to target. I am joining group again next Tuesday but i am so sick of eating crap and feeling crap i have decided to start today. So far everything is going to plan but even though i have some determination, family are visiting for another few days and are making it hard, also there is soo much chocolate and cake left.

So, so far today

Green.

~ H/E A: 250 ml skimmed milk

~ Breakfast : Beans on w'meal bread (h/e)
~ Lunch : Homemade syn free Minestrone Soup
 
Too finish off from yesterday:

Jacket Potatoes with tuna (h/e) & Mayo (1 Syn) & salad
Highlights Hot choc (2 Syns) and squirtty cream (2 Syns)

So far today:

W/Meal toast with jam (2 Syns)
Homemade Minestrone soup


My family have left to go home today, and even though it is nice to have my house back it is very quite. Plus they have left lots of goodies behind - i think i will be donating them all out to stop temptation!!

low syn eaton mess made with meringues (5 syns) strawberries and quark mixed with sweetner.
